Chrome leather

We use only chrome-tanned natural leather as the most ecologically clean materaial. It allows perspiration vapor to escape, provides dryness and optimal feet temperature. Chrome leather is manufactured by leading russian and foreign tanneries by our order. Its characteristic advantagies: produced from cattle leather specially for special purpose boots manufacturing, has higher thickness and flexibility, has improved abrasion hardness, resistant to water, mud and dust. |

Natural materaial in contrast to chrome leather has higher content of adipose matters. It is less elastic but more water and wear resistant. |

The unique microfiber material was developed and produced by american company 3M. Thinsulate fibers (2-10 microns in diameter) are 50-70 times thiner than human hair. The fibers of Thinsulate™ Insulation are fine, making them ideal for trapping insulating air and reflecting back the body's radiant heat. That's why this fibers are 1,5 times warmer than fluff. Ulralight-weight, unique isulate merits, shrinkage loss less than 1% makes this breathable material ideal for manufacturing high-quality footwear. Goods with application of Thinsulate™ Insulation are used by army troops of the USA, canada, United Kingdom, fishermen of the northen seas. Thinsulate™ Insulation was successfully tested in Russia and to made a good showing in Arctic, ice deserts of Yamal Peninsula, in Siberia and other north regions of the russian Federation. |

Insole

The basic and supplementary insoles made from Fintex indisputable technical advantages against other brands of insole materials. Fintex insoles produced by compressing cellulose fibers and firm latex which provide high microbiological durability. The main property of such insole is firmness against abrasion and rupture. Thanks to unique technologies Fintex also has an excellent flexibility and softness in humid and dry conditions. |

Sole

In footwear production we use soles made from new material: bivinylstyrene thermoelastoplastics (BTEP). The properties of this material are - high flexibility, cold-resistance (-50C), endurance (not less than 7.0 J/mm3), increased traction coefficient (ice-covered, wet, snow-covered surfaces). Listed properties together with resistance to multiple bending guarantee reliability and long-living of the sole. |
